My wife and I started looking to buy a Condo then switched to potentially renting an apartment and then switched back to buying, not once did Brady make us feel uncomfortable he even suggested areas to look in for potential rentals and that if we change our minds to let him know.

My wife and I were house hunting by ourselves and we found a home that interested us.
We contacted Brady, who was the realtor representing that home and had a walk through. This house didn't fit what we were looking for and we continued to hunt. When we found one that we liked, we asked Brady to represent us, recalling his professionalism from our brief meeting a month prior. We made a successful offer with Brady's guidance and purchased the home. We then moved out of our old place and arranged with Brady to put it on the market immediately. It sold much quicker than we anticipated. The sale has closed and we are very happy with the price that we got. Brady's prompt response time and his obvious research stood out to me. When we were negotiating the price with the seller it was evenings and weekends, even after I apologized for making Brady work outside of regular business hours, he insisted that it was part of his job. Brady provided outstanding service to us when we bought the acreage.
He made several trips to the acreage for showings and answered all of our questions quickly. His communication was excellent throughout the process. Brady went above and beyond what we usually experience with our real estate dealings. He paid to have our water well tested before possession and then after possession delivered a beautiful gift basket and brand new thermostat.
